Air Injection Manifold: Service and Repair

Intake Manifold, Secondary Air Injection

To Remove
1. Remove Heat shield between engine and turbocharger.
2. Undo the quick couplings of the secondary air pipe and lift away the intake manifold.





To Fit
1. Position the secondary air pipe and make sure the quick couplings engage.





2. Fit Heat shield between engine and turbocharger.
