Air Injection Pump: Service and Repair

Secondary Air Pump

To Remove
1. Raise the car.
2. Remove Torque arm, front.
3. Remove the bolts of the mounting.





4. Detach the hoses from the pump.
5. Detach the connector.
6. Remove the pump complete with mounting.
7. When replacing the pump, detach the mounting.





To Fit
1. When relacing the pump, attach the mounting.





2. Attach the hoses to the pump and fit the pump.





3. Fit the connector.
4. Fit Torque arm, front.
5. Lower the car.
