Pulsair Valve: Service and Repair

Air Intake Tube Clamp:

1. Disconnect the air intake hose.

#1 - ASV Silencer, #2 - ASV:

2. Remove the hoses from the air suction valve.

Air Suction Valve:

3. Remove the air suction valve.
4. Install in reverse order.

Fastener torque: 14 - 24 Nm (10 - 18 ft lb)
Tube torque: 34 - 44 Nm (25 - 32 ft lb)
