Intake manifold bolts: 9.4 Nm (0.96 kg-m, 83 in-lb)
Tighten in numerical order as shown.





Cylinder Head bolts

If cylinder head bolts re-used, check their outer diameters before installation.
Step a: 50 Nm (5.1 kg-m, 37 ft-lb)
Step b 60 degrees clockwise
Step c: Loosen to 0 Nm in the reverse order of tightening.
Step d: 39.2 Nm (4.0 kg-m, 29 ft-lb)
Step e: 75 degrees clockwise
Step f: 75 degrees clockwise





Tighten bolts of camshaft brackets in the following steps, in numerical order as shown.
Step 1 (bolts 9 - 11): 2.0 Nm (0.2 kg-m, 17 in-lb)
Step 2 (bolts 1 - 8): 2.0 Nm (0.2 kg-m, 17 in-lb)
Step 3 (bolts 1 - 11): 5.9 Nm (0.6 kg-m, 52 in-lb)
Step 4 (bolts 1 - 11): 10.4 Nm (1.1 kg-m, 92 in-lb)

Camshaft sprocket (EXH) 142 Nm (14 kg-m, 105 ft-lb)
Camshaft sprocket (INT) 103 Nm (11 kg-m, 76 ft-lb)
