OIL COOLER HOSES





Rubber hoses for oil cooler should be replaced every four years or 75,000 km (45,000 miles), when replacing it, be sure to note the following.

- Replace clamps at the same time.
- Tighten clamps to specified torque.
- Check for fluid leakage after replacing.
- Confirm fluid level at normal operating temperature.
Tightening Torque:
(a): 1.5 Nm (13 inch lbs.).
Remaining thread for specified torque:
"a": 7 - 5 mm (0.27 - 0.19 inch) as rough standard.
