On-Vehicle Inspection

AC Switch Location:

1. Disconnect Negative battery cable.
2. Remove center cluster.
3. Disconnect A/C switch connector

AC Switch Testing:

AC Switch Terminal Continuity:

With Heater
4. Check A/C switch for continuity Using an ohmmeter, between the terminals for each position as shown in the table.
5. If there is no continuity as specified, replace the A/C switch.

Temperature Control Lever Testing:

Without Heater
6. Using an ohmmeter, between terminals 2 and 3 for each position as shown in the table.
7. Connect A/C switch connector.
8. Install Center Cluster.
9. Connect negative cable to battery.
