Control Assembly: Service and Repair

A/C CONTROL ASSEMBLY REMOVAL


1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT LOWER FINISH PANEL


2. REMOVE HEATER AIR DUCT NO. 2
Remove the screw and heater air duct No. 2.

3. DISCONNECT A/C CONTROL CABLES
a. Remove the water valve [1][2]control cable guide.
b. Disconnect the mix cool damper [1][2]control cable from the heater unit.

4. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL


5. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER PANEL







6. REMOVE A/C CONTROL ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 2 screws.
b. Pull out the A/C control assembly, then disconnect the connector.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
