Heater Core: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT
2. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR AND WATER VALVE




a. Remove the 2 screws and the plate.




b. Remove the 2 screws and the clamp.
c. Remove the 3 screws.




d. Pull out the heater with the water valve.




e. Remove the 2 screws and water valve from the heater radiator.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
