THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO THE U.S. AND CANADIAN MARKETS
Late model year 1984's equipped with M46 transmission now have the shift indicator system as standard equipment.
A new base kit (P/N 1333962-7) for the cruise control will be offered.
This kit is applicable to 240, 260 series (except B21A) from 1980 on, and will supercede base kit P/N 1128862-8)
The new base kit may not include the updated instructions. For your convenience when installing this kit, use the instructions below:

^ Connect red (R) cable (1) with the fuse to the plus side of the brake lamp contact.
^ Connect brown (B) cable (2) to the clutch contact with a scotch-lock (3).
^ Connect red (R) cable (4) between the clutch contact and the minus side of the brake lamp contact.
NOTE! The black (SB) cable (5) is disconnected from the clutch contact.
