Installation

1. Fit the overdrive on the transmission output shaft and install the nuts.

NOTE: If the drive flange has been removed install with tool P/N 1845.

2. Install transmission crossmember assembly.
3. Connect wires at the solenoid.
4. Connect propeller shaft.
5. Fill oil, ATF type G (or F).
6. Test drive the vehicle to check function of overdrive.
7. Check oil level.
