Distributor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove spark plug and coil wires.
2. Remove distributor cap (3 screws).
3. Remove distributor retainer bolts (2).
4. Remove distributor.

INSTALLATION
1. Replace O-rings if necessary.
2. Push distributor into cylinder head until drive dog touches camshaft.
3. Rotate rotor until drive dog aligns with cam notch.
4. Push in distributor until seated.
5. Re-assemble in reverse order.
