Ignition Coil(s) Replacement

Removal Procedure





Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the ignition coil wiring harness connectors.
3. Remove the ignition coils.

Installation Procedure





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

1. Install the ignition coils

Tighten the ignition coil retaining bolts to 7 Nm (62 lb in).

2. Connect the ignition coil wiring harness connectors.
3. Connect the negative battery cable.
